I enjoyed that it was not overly crowded and the tour was personalized and informative. The only reason it's not a 5 star is because the facilities themselves could use an upgrade. Otherwise, the whole experience was amazing! I enjoyed it along with the little ones. Ended up getting the annual membership. We will return often!
