Kayon Resort is definitely a 5 star hotel. The customer service is great from beginning to end. I haven t even checked out yet and I m already writing a review. To start I would like to thank the staff that have personally been attending me from the start: Mr Gede the resort manager has been phenomenal in providing service, from
beginning to end has made the experience an amazing one. Pinky the lead lobby person has been extremely helpful and filled with information. Our servers Kadek, Putu, and Dian were amazing, welcoming, and very well organized. The ladies in the spa, Nanik and Ayu, probably gave us the best massages Bali had to offer. Whoever is reading this is probably thinking I m good with names, but to be honest being serviced by the amazing people its really hard tp forget their names. The experience is amazing. The rooms are well kept and have a scenic view. what more can we ask for? Thank you guys for your efficient service!
