I've had a mixed experience with Smashing hits artware ltd.. On one hand, some of their products have been great and I've been very satisfied with them. On the other hand, I've also encountered a couple of issues with their customer service. They were slow to respond and not very helpful in resolving the problems. Overall, I would say my experience has been average.
