I recently had an interaction with a mining company and was disappointed with their service. The website, illinoismining.com, was not user-friendly, and it was difficult to find the information I was looking for. The response from their customer service was slow, and when I finally received a reply, it was not helpful. Overall, I would not recommend this company.
