As a customer of Ferndale City Of, I have had both positive and negative experiences. Overall, I would rate the company as average. While there have been instances of great service, there have also been situations where improvements could be made. The staff are generally helpful and polite, but there have been times where I felt my concerns were not adequately addressed. That being said, I appreciate the efforts made by the company to keep the community safe and maintain the city's infrastructure. I hope to see further improvements in the future.
