Update: After I posted reviews, the owner reached out and offered to reschedule my class with a free water shoe rental. Much appreciated on my end.

Beware of awful customer service! I had a personal emergency this morning and couldn't make class. I finally got in touch with them after calling multiple times and FB messaging, only to learn that a manager wasn't in and they couldn't help me. Then I was told that I would still be charged for my a.m. class and that I couldn't reschedule for later in the day. Ouch. Normally I love going to class here, but for $34/class, I'd expect a little more from them when extenuating circumstances arise. A great workout is awesome, but so is trusting the place where you're working out and spending a lot!
