I recently had an experience with Global Log And Lumber LLC and I must say it was average. The quality of their products was satisfactory, but the customer service could definitely use some improvement. I found the staff to be somewhat unhelpful and not very knowledgeable about their products. Overall, my experience was okay, but I expected more from a company of their stature.
