I had an average experience shopping at eurotrend....

I had an average experience shopping at eurotrend.co.za. The website had a good layout and it was easy to find products. However, the customer service was lacking. My inquiries took a long time to be answered and the responses were not very helpful. I expected better from a company like Eurotrend.
