I was not a guest, so this review only pertains to those who may be passing through, and the amenities available to them. There's a Starbucks on the ground level, as well as a bar/restaurant. Direct access to the Prudential shopping center parking garage is available. Unrestricted access to multiple bathrooms is available. Direct walking access to the Prudential shopping center is available. There's a lounge in the lobby area with plenty of seating. Clean, people are friendly, and many people pass through this hotel every day so people will generally leave you alone unless you need/ask for assistance.
