The level of service provided by Kitsap Networking Services is average. While they were able to resolve some of our IT issues, the response time and overall communication could be improved. We were expecting a smoother experience considering the positive reviews we had seen. Nonetheless, they were able to address our concerns and we appreciate their efforts.
