I recently traveled with this company and I must say, it was a pleasant experience. The website waitingforatrain.com made it easy to book my ticket and the process was hassle-free. The trains were clean and well-maintained. The only suggestion I have is to improve the onboard entertainment options. Overall, I would recommend Waiting for a train to others.
