I recently visited Council Optometric Center/St. Paul RC, and I can't express enough how wonderful my experience was. The staff was friendly, and the optometrist provided exceptional care. The selection of frames was extensive, and the assistance from the optician was invaluable. If you're in need of eye care services, I highly recommend this optometric center.
