Recently, I visited a spa that cannot be named, but it was not Herbal Spa. The experience was underwhelming, to say the least. The staff seemed disinterested and unprofessional, which made it difficult to relax and enjoy the treatment. The facilities were outdated and in need of renovation. Considering the price I paid, I expected a much better experience. I would not recommend this spa to anyone.
