I recently read 'Salt in our Blood: the memoir of a fisherman's wife' and I must say it was an average experience. While the book provided some interesting insights into the life of a fisherman's wife, I found it lacking in depth and emotion. The author's writing style was also a bit dry and could have benefited from more vivid descriptions. Overall, it was an okay read but I wouldn't highly recommend it.
