As a customer, I must say Sacks Outdoors is an average company. Their products and services are decent, but there is nothing outstanding about them. I have purchased a few items from their website, and while the quality is fine, the prices are not the most competitive. The customer support was average, slightly slow in responding to my queries. Overall, I found my experience satisfactory but not exceptional.
