I had high expectations from InboxCupid, but unfortunately, they failed to deliver. The website is difficult to navigate, and the matching algorithm provided me with incompatible matches. The customer support team was unhelpful and didn't address my concerns adequately. I would not recommend using InboxCupid for online dating.
