I had a mixed experience with HydroPlant. While some of the plants I ordered were of great quality and arrived on time, I faced some issues with a few others. The website is easy to use, but I wish they provided more detailed descriptions for each plant. Customer service was helpful in resolving my concerns. Overall, my experience was average, and I hope they continue to improve.
