The people at the check-in desk was very kind and very professional but the pool is a little nasty and dirty I call for a towel they told me in 5 minutes another half an hour my wife call again they said that it was on its way never showed up my wife went upstairs and got one from our room came back down still no towel was not delivered to the pool area that was over an hour and 30 minutes and I know the elevator card thing is about security but it'sc confusion we have multiple people on the elevator
