My stay at Hotel Peninsula Grand was satisfactory. The overall service and facilities were average. The room could have been cleaner, and the staff was not as attentive as I would have liked. However, the location of the hotel was convenient. In my opinion, the hotel needs to improve its services to provide a better experience.
