Vaxa is a decent company overall. Their website is easy to navigate, and I found all the information I needed without any hassle. The customer service was also friendly and responsive. However, I think there is still room for improvement in terms of product quality. Some of the items I purchased were not up to my expectations. Nevertheless, I appreciate their effort and would consider buying from them again.
