Nothing but incompetence from this company. I m a new client and I was told after two missed trash pickups that our cans were supposed to be left out the night before because pickup is at 5am... that was a bald faced LIE! My recycling still hasn t been picked up... and it s going on a month now. Now it s been 3 missed pickups plus a special missed pickup for my boxes. I m going to ask for a credit on my account.
