Rented a property of them a while back and they were happy to take the money and the fees initially, but whenever there was any problem with the flat they would say "sorry we can't help it's Landlord managed and hang up", then the dodgy Landlord tried to keep my deposit at the end of my contract and they wouldn't help either, I had to take the guy to court and get my deposit back which I did. Not happy with the state agents at all
