I recently bought a trampoline from Vuly trampolines and I have mixed feelings about it. On one hand, the trampoline itself is good - sturdy, well-designed, and safe for my kids to use. However, I was disappointed with the customer service. When I had a question about the assembly process, the representative was not very helpful and seemed impatient. This made me feel frustrated and took away from my overall experience. I hope they improve their customer service as it can make a big difference in customer satisfaction.
