Unbelievable !!!!!! My payment has been put on hol...

Unbelievable !!!!!! My payment has been put on hold from the week ending on April 15th. System says my earnings equalled or exceeded my weekly benefits. I want to find out whether I'll get those benefits or not. So I go to the website and fill out questioners that claim they will contact me in two business days. Did this at least 6 times....FORGET ABOUT IT - NO RESPONSE. I forgot my password so I click on "forgot password" and enter my SS #. System says SS # invalid. YOU'VE GOT TO BE KIDDING ME ! Tried to call them and it's one thing or another.System won't except my SS # telling me I haven't entered enough numbers. System tells me the lines are busy call back at a later time and they HANG UP ! System tells me leave your # we will call you back but schedule a day and hour for this call. So I do and every hour I schedule with the system it tells me it's not available,try another ! And so on and so on ! I GAVE UP !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
