As a long-time customer, I have mixed feelings about the services provided by this company. On one hand, NCD-RI has a good selection of products that meet my needs. On the other hand, their customer service could be better. There have been a few instances where my inquiries were not handled promptly or efficiently. However, overall, I would still recommend them due to their product range.
