I have been a customer of Tv Direct LLC for over a year now and I must say, their service is average at best. The customer support is often slow and unhelpful, and the channel lineup is not as extensive as I had hoped. However, the picture quality is decent and the installation process was a breeze. Overall, I would rate Tv Direct LLC as an average company.
