I had a mixed experience with Bwd Turbines LTD. The customer service was great, but the product quality was average. It took a long time for them to respond to my inquiries, but when they did, they were helpful. The turbines I purchased from them worked well initially, but after a few months, I started experiencing issues. Overall, I would say my experience was average.
