OUTSTANDING service!!! I bought a used 2013 HD a few months ago at a different HD dealership and was going to install new plugs and change all my fluids. I started to remove the plugs only to find that one must have been cross threaded and the plug snapped off in the rear cylinder head! I am leaving for a long road trip in less than a week so this just added to the frustration. I got the broke plug out with an easy out tool myself but the threads were bad. Before I tried to do a heli-coil I figured I should check with Pikes Peak HD to see if my warranty would cover it. Joe, the service manager, took on my case with the HD warranty dept. He not only got it covered, the HD warranty dept wanted him to repair the head but Joe fought to get a new head replacement for me! AND, he had my bike picked up by Pikes Peak HD and got it all replaced in two days!! Only thing I paid for was overnight shipping for the new head since I needed it done asap in order to be able to still make it on my trip! I retired last year after 25 years in the military so I've dealt with MANY HD dealerships and I have to say, I've NEVER had the kind of OUTSTANDING service and support that I received from Pikes Peak HD's service dept!! Thank you Pikes Peak Harley and especially, thank you Joe, JT, and the service tech Brian who worked on my bike...MUCH appreciation!!
