During a business meeting we were treated absolutely poorly by 2 members of the Staff from the Restaurant and Front Desk. Even though we were initially at property earlier in the morning. Later in the day my friend and a future business partner which were guests of the hotel invited me and family to have drinks and dinner and we didn t even had the opportunity to do so as we were asked to live without cause.

Absolutely disrespectful and hideous customer service. We will make sure this message goes along with other platforms so people can be aware of what their experience could be if they are planning to go to Hotel B Cozumel.
