I recently bought a rug from a local store and it was a terrible experience. The quality was poor and the design looked nothing like what was advertised. I wish I had gone to Dover Rug and Home instead. I've heard great things about them from friends and family. Their selection is extensive, and their customer service is top-notch. I will definitely be checking them out for my next rug purchase.
