I had a mixed experience with Prima Classe. The quality of their products was good, but their customer service was lacking. The website was easy to navigate and they had a wide range of products to choose from. However, when I had an issue with one of my orders, it took a long time to get a response from their support team. Overall, I would say their service was average.
