I had an average experience with Sapphire Pools II, LLC. The pool installation process was smooth, however, there were a few hiccups along the way. The team did a decent job overall, but there were some minor issues that needed to be fixed. They were responsive to my concerns and addressed them promptly. Overall, I'm satisfied with their service.
