We where told they d help with a small amount of utility money due to getting through to the voicemail like raffle setup they have, when we showed up the worker made up reasons why we can t obtain help even after asking an insane amount of personal information prior to coming in, again they asked us everything and more prior to coming and and made us an appointment to come in and get a little help and once arriving we got turned away saying we won t qualify. Simply terrible.. I hope to speak to some sort of supervisor but by the looks of the other reviews I think this is a trend of theirs that is untouched by any mgmt at all. Government funding huh ?.....
