I began with a phone call to Internet Manager, Margaret Lewis who provided me with straight, detailed answers then introduced me to Salesman, Hector Ortiz. Hector did not play any games. He asked direct, reasonable questions without distractions or confusion. Once he understood exactly what we wanted he went straight to work and returned quickly with clear explanation of proposal that we were able to agree with minimal negotiation.
