horrible experience! I am homeless due to the Dallas Housing Authority! They say they are "working" from home but nobody is working! I even spoken with the executive director over the phone and he couldnt even give me any answers. All is left is for a case manager to sign my lease to give to my landlord!!! is that so hard to do???!! but instead me and my son had to sleep in car, spend unecessary money on hotel rooms, food, all because people aren't doing there job! this place needs to be investigated!
