I am No longer Employed here & I will start by say...

I am No longer Employed here & I will start by saying there are many Good Nature Humbled Professional Employees who Definitely Enjoy there jobs & do it so well. I personally would Never be a patient in there facility nor would I Recommend this Hospital to my loved ones or anyone at that matter Due to the Lack of Patient Care, Patient Privacy & Patient Protection. Although I have had family member who visited this facility & where admitted. There Experience was an unfortunate one. My Grandmother once told me how she was Overdosed on Morphine three times during her stay. My Uncle's Experience was far worst witch I personally witnessed. He was heavily medicated & sedated his whole time there, When we asked to speak to his nurse or doctor to find out his current health status? We were always given the run around & never got actual confirmation on his status. He was not properly cared for when it came to his hygiene that was very obvious. Thankfully he was moved to a diffrent facility where he had a full & sucessful recovery. I'm constantly being asked by friends & family if there are job openings? My answer to them is I'd never recommend this place for Employment! this place sucks when it comes to pay. They have mandatory retierment that "benefits the company" not you. They takes a huge portion of your income witch makes living expenses difficult. Your worked like a dog for a crappy pay. You rarely get a raise & it seems there Medical Insurance & Retirement percentage goes up with each passing year & in order to advance to a better qualified position your certifications or degrees are not needed. Simply Fake it till you Make it, oh but wait theres more Never get Injured on the job & expect Proper Healthcare or Medical Expenses to be paid or paid out to you. All you will Receive is Physical Mental & Emotional Humiliation & Lack of Care. "Workers-comp & Employee Health" will definetly drag you to Insanity! In all reality your probably better off putting a bullet in your head.
