I had a mixed experience with Herbazone. Some of their products were really good, but others didn't work for me. Overall, I would say their quality is average. The website is user-friendly and easy to navigate. They could improve their customer service though. The response time for inquiries is quite slow. I hope they can work on these areas to become a better company.
