Just disappointed on this visit while other visits...

Just disappointed on this visit while other visits have been a 5. My drink had a substitution that wasn t acceptable, their water is gross so I ended up ordering a bottle of water for $4..... way to expensive especially since my drink wasn t available. Appetizer was just ok compared to last time.
