I have been a regular visitor at this library for quite some time now, and I must say it never disappoints. The collection of books is extensive, covering a wide range of subjects. The staff is always helpful and friendly. The quiet ambiance makes it an ideal place to study or simply indulge in a good book. Phelan Memorial Library truly deserves all the praise it gets.
