We recently began working with Orion Advisor Services, and have found them to be:
- Extremely pleasant to interact with
- Capable of consistently putting us in contact with someone in the company capable of answering our technical questions, and ultimately addressing the heart of our inquiry (even the most technically demanding matters)
- Interested in maintaining a neutral, open eco-system of integrations with other industry providers (and, most importantly, maintaining that neutrality even with companies that offer competing services)
- Providing us access to our data in any way we may need to meet regulatory and other business needs
- Willing to listen to us when we're providing constructive feedback about how the software could better support our needs, and firms like ours, in the future
