I am so disappointed by the customer service at the Open Center. I am still awaiting a refund for a treatment cancelled without any communication over six months ago. Not only was it their mistake, but I have also wasted countless hours attending the appointment only to be told the consultant was out of town and as well as repeatedly calling and emailing to try and get my money back. I am now resorting to public reviews as I am still owed a refund and I cannot get a response to emails or calls after six months.
