This company ripped my mom off. They convinced her that her car we purchased 4 months ago for 11000 was worth only 2500. Now this car i brought down to another Toyota dealer locally to be inspected for maintenance or issues right after we bought it from another dealer. They gave it an over all good report... now this same vehicle my mom was trading into them 4 months later sun toyota gave a list of non mandatory maintenance items that they would need to do to recondition it to sell it therefore it was only worth 1/4 of value. Also convincing my older mom her car was unsafe. Let me remind you 4 months ago it was inspected by autonation toyota and given thumbs up. She only drove it 3000 miles since. My mom is older and does not know about cars. My moms car was stolen outright for a very low price. This company has no principles. I reached out to the acting general manager. He says she signed off on car. Any independent company would have street valued my moms car for at least 8000. And certainly those "maintenance " items on there list could have been done for a fraction of cost they were over bloating. Stay away from this company if you expect a fair deal. Especially if you know nothing about cars and relying on the companies integrity and honesty. We called since day after sale (soon as i found out what they did to her) and they have refused to give fair value or return my moms car as i have demaned them to do. I pleaded with there decency as human beings . Still nothing i cant get her car back. They refused. They stole my moms car at a unfair.market value. All based on false figured of maintannace and repairs that were not necessary on vehicle to have a private party value. I am ashamed for this company. To be so dishonest
