I came here to get my car worked on about a week ago and detailed just yesterday. My service advisor, Ken, was great. I was very concerned about previous work done at another shop and i had a million questions. Ken was able to talk to the tech working on my car and get every question answered and even showed me pictures to help explain. I had a tune up, oil change, alternator replaced and then cosmetic work done here at separate times. Working with Ken was great. He gave the same helpfulness and care both times we worked together. It feels great to know I can trust this dealership. I haven t heard many great experiences of dealership mechanics in my family. Maybe since they drive Ford lol. The work itself done on the car was quality. I felt the car was handled with care which is important to me since it s about 14 years old. My advisor also helped me with finance options questions and other care questions i had in preserving the life of my car. Very knowledgeable and great to work with. 12/10 recommend. If you come here, please be patient and nice with your advisor. They are on their feet all day and go back and forth between the shop and desk. ( I was here the entire time the car was getting fixed ) You can also trust everything you allow to get done is necessary. They are not trying to take all of your money here.
