I've only been here twice prior and had great service and great food. Unfortunately, this visit wasn't the best at all. Our waitress only came once when we had our appetizers, but didn't come by until we was ready to get our ticket. The meal came out missing sides and requests. We asked for napkins twice didn't get them until third request. Manager was suppose to come speak with us, but sent waitress back with a 25% discount. We felt as if we didn't matter and honestly didn't think the waitress deserved the gratuity left since she seemed like we was an inconvenience. Shame because Ozona food is delicious but the service needs improvement. I worked hard that day and was treating myself and to get someone that didn't care or acknowledged she dropped the ball was sad that the same energy was reciprocated in service.
