I have been using Creative itc services for a while now and I can confidently say that they provide an average level of service. While they do deliver on their promises, I have found some areas where they could improve. The customer support is a bit slow in responding and sometimes the solutions provided are not satisfactory. However, their pricing is competitive and they have a wide range of solutions available. Overall, I would rate them as average.
