I recently booked a vacation with Prima Klima Reisen GmbH and I must say it was an average experience. The booking process was smooth, but I encountered some issues with the itinerary. The customer service was responsive and resolved the problem, but it still left a bit of a sour taste. Overall, I would rate their service as average.
