This was a very good experience. I compared prices, materials and associated costs before choosing Renewal by Andersen of Portland. Each step of the process they were attentive and helpful. They made sure my questions were answered and that I bought the best choices of windows for my style, my house and my budget. They kept me informed of my order status and was able to schedule the installation timely, even earlier than expected. The crew of Valentin, Pavle and Alex were professional and very respectful of moving about my home and yard. They were so hard working and didn't leave so much as a yard leaf disturbed nor a scrap of paper behind. If I didn't have such lovely windows I wouldn't have known anyone had been around. The windows look amazing. The warranty/guarantees cannot be beat. I would strongly suggest anyone considering windows to definitely look into this company.
