I've been practicing yoga at a few different studios, including Hot Yoga Flow INC, and this place stands out from the rest. The instructors are skilled and attentive, and their cues are clear and easy to follow. The studio itself is clean and well-equipped. The only downside is that the schedule can sometimes be a bit limited. But overall, it's a great place to practice yoga.
