I recently visited the Carolina Hurricanes website and I must say, I was impressed. The layout is clean and intuitive, making it easy to find the information I needed. The team has a strong online presence and their social media accounts are worth following. However, they could improve their customer support. The lack of live chat options was disappointing. Overall, it was a positive experience.
