Unreachable on the phone after several days of calling, it's really the horror. This is serious because people only have their retirement to live on.
If these people who work in these services encountered this kind of problem when paying their salary and their employer did not respond to them, they would be more understanding and empathetic !!!
When I finally got someone from the payment service, she let me wait for 45 minutes without telling me anything or even waiting and then she hung up on me. But there are really incompetents in these services! Perhaps they should be trained.
